CUSD – Building Improvements SSSA and Police Services

INTRODUCTION

Clovis Unified School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for Bid 3055 – Building Improvements SSSA and Police Services. The project is located at the 1735 David E. Cook Way, Clovis, CA. 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This project consists of a tenant improvement modernization to the existing District Services building (approximately 9,600 sf).  The existing office Building ‘H’ is currently occupied by district staff and will be renovated to house two Clovis Unified School District departments:  Student Services and School Attendance (SSSA) and Campus Police Services.  The building is for staff use with public visitors during normal business hours (no student occupancy).

This is a Multiple Prime contract bid to Clovis Unified School District, MWC is the Construction Manager. Plans, specs, and all Addenda must be reviewed and incorporated into each bid. The following are the bid packages associated with this project:

All bids must include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to bidders.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings:   To be eligible to bid this project, ALL bid packages must attend one of the pre-bid meeting job walks.
