INTRODUCTION
Island Union Elementary School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the New Modular Classrooms. The project is located at 7799 21st Avenue, Lemoore, CA.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This project consists of the construction of two (2) modular classroom buildings (previously bid), site demolition, utility connection and site work included in scope of work.

This is a Multiple Prime contract bid to Island Union Elementary School District, MWC is the Construction Manager. Plans, specs, and all Addenda must be reviewed and incorporated into each bid. The following are the bid packages associated with this project:

 

All bids need to include all proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to Bidders.

Mandatory Pre Bid Meeting

To be eligible to bid this project, all bid packages must attend one of the following pre bid meetings: 

 

First meeting:

Wednesday, May 28th, at 10:00 am at the Island Union Elementary School Administration Building, 7799 21st Avenue, Lemoore, CA  93245.

 

Second meeting:

Tuesday, June 3rd, at 10:00 am at the Island Union Elementary School Administration Building, 7799 21st Avenue, Lemoore, CA  93245.

IUESD – 02  SITE/BUILDING CONCRETE: A, C-8, B License Requirement

IUESD – 03  PLUMBING/SITE UTILITIES:  C-36 License Requirement

IUESD – 04  ELECTRICAL/LOW VOLTAGE:  C–10 License Requirement

IUESD - 05   LANDSCAPE/IRRIGATION: C–27 License Requirement

Wage Scale:  Prevailing Wage

Delivery Method:  CM Multi-Prime

Liquidated Damages:  $500/day
