Sierra USD - Library Modernization Phase 1

INTRODUCTION
Sierra Unified School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the Library Modernization Phase 1 project. The project is located at Sierra High School, 33326 Lodge Road, Tollhouse, CA.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This project consists of a library modernization to include new casework, acoustical finishes, and paint per the plans.

The demolition/abatement and flooring have been previously bid and not a part of this project.

This project will be awarded using the UPCCAA delivery method to Sierra Unified School District, MWC is the Construction Manager. Plans, specs, and all Addenda must be reviewed and incorporated into each bid. The following are the bid packages associated with this project:

SUSD P1 - 02 PAINTING:  C-33 License Requirement

SUSD P1 – 03 ACOUSTICAL:  C-2 License Requirement

SUSD P1 – 04 CASEWORK: C-6 License Requirement

All bids need to include all proper bid docs as called out in the Informal Notice to Contractors & Instructions to Bidders.

Pre Bid Meeting

A  job walk is scheduled for May 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Sierra High School located at 33326 Lodge Road, Tollhouse, CA 93667.  Meet at the Administration Building.

This project is subject to Pre-Qualification per Public Contract Code 20111.6 (see Notice to Contractors for full information). Prequalification packets must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m., May 16, 2025. Only bidders who have been prequalified on or before Tuesday, May 20, 2025, will be eligible to bid this project. Prequalification packets can be obtained from Sierra Unified School District and submitted to Melissa Miller at mmiller@sierrausd.org .
