INTRODUCTION

Clovis Unified School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the Clovis Unified School District, Bid 3051 – Campus Security Improvements Phase 7. The project entails work at the following twelve sites: Online School, Adult School, Community Day School, Main Office – East Building, Main Office – West Building, Professional Building, Custodial/Warehouse, Security/Attendance, Technology Services, Main Warehouse, Gateway High School, and Professional Learning Center.

 

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This project generally consists of providing all door hardware, electrical, and low-voltage requirements, and modifications to provide new, complete access control systems to the noted twelve sites.

 

This is a Multiple Prime contract bid to Clovis Unified School District and subject to Pre-Qualification. Please review plans and specs including all Addenda. The following are the bid packages associated with this project:

 

                                CSI-01f – DOOR HARDWARE                                            C-28 License required

                                CSI-02f – ELECTRICAL & LOW-VOLTAGE                   C-7 or C-10 License required

 

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to bidders.

 

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting – There will be one mandatory pre-bid meeting as indicated below. Contractors will be required to sign in at each site to prove they attended the entire walk.  Contractors who did not attend as mentioned will be disqualified from bidding.

 

Pre-Bid Meeting: Tuesday, November 4, 2025  at Clovis Unified School District Office West located at 1450 Herndon Ave., Clovis, CA 93611 at 9:00 a.m.  Meet at the flagpole.
