JGHS ATHLETIC COMPLEX INCREMENT 1

INTRODUCTION

Mark Wilson Construction (MWC) is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for

the Central Unified School District, Justin Garza High School Athletic Complex Increment 1 project. The

project is located at 4100 N. Grantland Ave Fresno, CA 93723.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This project is Increment 1 of a new athletic complex for Central Unified School District and will consist

of new athletic fields, site utilities, flat work, and parking lot.

This is a Multi-Prime Project bid to Central Unified School District. MWC is the CM on this project.

Please review plans and specifications including all addenda.

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to

Bidders.

Bidders for the following bid packages MUST attend at least one of the following pre-bid meetings in

order to be eligible to submit a bid: JGHS-02 (Demo & Earthwork), JGHS-03 (Site Utilities), JGHS-05

(Electrical/ Low Voltage)

· 1st Meeting – 11/02/2022 @ 10:00 a.m.

· 2nd Meeting – 11/09/2022 @ 10:00 a.m.

Pre-Bid Meetings will be held in front of the Administration Building at Justin Garza H.S. (4100 N.

Grantland Ave., Fresno, CA 93723)
