Caruthers Unified School District is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the Caruthers Unified School District Warehouse Facility – Foundation and Site Improvements. The project is located at 1 Tiller Avenue, Caruthers, CA 93609.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
All site improvements as indicated on drawings, to include; demo, earthwork & paving, building foundations & slab-on-grade concrete, site concrete, site utilities, etc. All items to be furnished and installed to coincide with the installation/erection of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building that was previously bid and awarded by Owner.
This is a CM Mulit-Prime bid to Caruthers Unified School District. Please review plans and specs including all Addenda.
All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to bidders.
To be eligible to bid this project, the DEMO & EARTHWORK bid package must attend at least one of the following pre bid meetings:
Pre-Bid Meeting to be held at the project site (1 Tiller Ave., Caruthers, CA 93609). We will meet at the District Office in front of the marquee sign/flag pole.
1st Meeting – September 29, 2022 at 10:00 AM
2nd Meeting – October 5, 2022 at 10:00 AM
