Margaret Sheehy Elementary School Modernization

INVITATION TO BID

Merced City School District is inviting suppliers and contractors to submit bid proposals for the Margaret Sheehy Elementary School – Modernization, Increment 1 Bid #2022-03 project. The project is located at 1240 W 6th St. Merced, Ca 95341.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The project consists of 5 classroom wing modernization with upgrades to portables, multi-purpose room, restroom upgrades, and the replacement of the main water line. Multi-purpose room includes the removal of the existing electronic marquee from the roof at Sheehy Elementary School.

This is a CM Multi-Prime to Merced City School District. MWC is the CM on this project. Please review plans and specs including all Addenda.

All bids need to include the proper bid docs as called out in the Notice to Contractors & Instructions to bidders.

To be eligible to bid this project, ALL PACKAGES must attend one of the following pre-bid meetings:
