INTRODUCTION
Stockbridge Reitz Vertical Construction (SRVC) is inviting suppliers and subcontractors to submit bid proposals for the construction of Visalia Starbucks. SRVC is a joint venture partnership between Stockbridge Five and Mark Wilson Construction Inc. The project is located at 237 West Caldwell Ave. in Visalia, Ca.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The project scope entails one new ground-up core & warm dark shell building, to include; a weather-tight lockable bldg., roof-top package units (RTU) installed with HVAC drops, drywall complete, concrete flatwork at entrances, and power & gas complete, and other elements as shown on plans/specifications.
